Like the ocean and nature, Okinawan cuisine is also a major attraction. Here at Okinawa World, you can enjoy a variety of Okinawan delicacies.

Okinawa Soba Noodle Restaurant

Okinawa soba is one of the most popular gourmet foods in Okinawa. Here, you can taste Soki Soba filled with slow-cooked Soki (pork ribs with bones). The set of juicy rice cooked in Okinawan style and Soki Soba is highly recommended. In addition, there are many other dishes to choose from, such as taco rice and Naha tuna rice bowl, making it hard to decide what to order.

Tea House Sandanbana

Here, you can take a break and feel the comfortable Okinawan breeze. You can enjoy a variety of light meals, but the steamed meat buns with red potatoes and agu pork are the restaurant's recommended menu item.

I also recommend brown sugar zenzai. In Okinawa, zenzai is a type of kaki-gyo (shaved ice). Kakigyo with brown sugar syrup, azuki beans, white beans, and soybean flour is Okinawa World's special zenzai.

Azuki and shiratama seem like strange foods to foreigners, but why don't you give them a try? We are sure you will like the deep sweetness and refreshing aftertaste.

  • Agu meat bun with red potatoes 250 yen
  • Brown sugar zenzai 480 yen
  • Okinawa Zenzai 400 yen
